Let me tell you about this beautiful place we stayed in for our 20th anniversary the ambiance was amazing especially the unique contemporary art which I still can't stop thinking about made the whole experience special and the food at the restaurant was great honestly some of the best we've had.

Although it wasn't cheap it was still an acceptable spend considering the high quality of the overall experience.

Room cleanliness needs attention!!! The valet service is inconvenient, lacking promptness and efficiency!!! Options for dining nearby are quite limited, which can be frustrating for guests!!!

During my stay, I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Gateway Arch, which is almost a 2 km walk, as well as the charming Christ Church Cathedral just a few steps away, making my weekend city strolls so enjoyable and easy to navigate. the atmosphere was nice, the food at the hotel bar was good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, perfect for a single traveler like me.

Fantastic service, fantastic amenities, with exceptional customer care from valet to check-out, and a top-notch fitness center for a refreshing workout before heading out to explore the nearby attractions just 0.5 km away.

The unique art installations throughout the hotel provide an engaging experience, making it feel more like a museum than a typical hotel. The spacious pool area delivers a luxurious vibe, a nice escape for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The noise levels from neighboring rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, with disturbances starting as early as 4 a.m.—not ideal for a restful stay, especially with kids. The valet service was concerning, with reports of cars left running unattended and one incident of a hotel guest's car being stolen. Finally, there were issues with the coffee shop, witnessing long wait times due to understaffing, which turned us away when we attempted to grab a quick drink.

The Corner King Room was very cute and cozy! The decor was adorable, and the bed was super comfy. I also loved the unique touches like the fruity chocolate they left by the bed. The blackout blinds were a nice perk for sleeping in. The only issue I had was that I wish the room had more hooks or space for my stuff.

Fabulous loft room, spacious and comfy. Wi-fi was spotty at times.

What an incredible stay! The artwork throughout the hotel is so unique, I loved the mesmerizing museum, and the cocktails at the bar were excellent—best French toast ever for breakfast!

Incredible hotel, beautiful art, helpful staff.

The building had a stunning design, and I loved exploring the art installations throughout the property. The room was spacious with beautiful decor and offered a comfortable sleeping experience. The on-site gym exceeded my expectations. it had modern equipment and a welcoming vibe. Dining options impressed me too, especially the food quality when the chef was around. Staff members were generally friendly, though there were moments when their attentiveness dipped. Our check-in wasn’t as smooth, and the valet service created unnecessary hassle. One night, we needed to get something from our car, and the valet handed us the keys instead of bringing the car around. Upon check-out, they left my car running in ACC mode all night, which drained the battery. Safety concerns regarding valet and parking lingered in my mind. A few more eyes on the parking situation could definitely help, especially since another guest had their car stolen. All things considered, it was an enjoyable stay, yet the valet service felt poorly managed.
